Sales Representative / Technico-Commercial Centre Sud Ouest - France

Corin are currently have an opportunity for a sales representative in France (Centre et Sud-Ouest), to work within the French sales team. The post holders will be responsible for Developing and retaining customers in line with the company's sale policy and ensure sales objective achievement on his / her area. This sales development role include Hip and knee product but also our technology products.

Main Purpose of the Role:

• Promotes technical qualities and competitive advantages of company’s products and services towards current and potential customers with supervision of Regional sales Manager and aligned with product marketing guidelines.
• Participate in maintaining current customers by providing high quality support and follow up.
• Run a continuous analysis of customer needs and potential prospects, propose adapted solutions with supervision of Regional sales Manager and aligned with product marketing guidelines, run a continuous competitor benchmark.
• Develop sales forecasts for his/ her area
• Pilot sales negotiation (prices, quantities, conditions etc. ) with supervision of Regional Director
• Ensures that new clients are properly taken into account and integrated (eg referencing new customer accounts) in collaboration with Sales Administration
• Participate in company events (congresses, surgeon’s staff meeting etc.)
• Audit L.T.C. instruments and implants to ensure they are in good working order and implants stocks correct for level of usage with no missing stock.
• Ensures that customers benefit the consistent level of product training and knowledge

Requirements

• Technical competences in Operating theatre,
• Available and self-motivated
• Good communication skills
• Ability to negotiate and persuade
• Outstanding analytical skills
