We are looking for a highly innovative and results-oriented Director, EMEA Field and Partner Marketing to join Mirakl’s marketing leadership team and drive our growth in the exploding enterprise marketplace platform category. In this role, you will lead and grow a team of field marketers located in Mirakl’s major EMEA hubs. Working closely with the extended Marketing team as well as Sales, Alliances and Customer Success, you will plan and execute a wide range of impactful field marketing programs and campaigns to ultimately generate, influence, and accelerate the sales pipeline. You will also be closely aligned with the local sales leaders with a main goal to help the EMEA sales team engage with leading retailer, manufacturer and wholesaler accounts across the region through innovative campaigns and compelling communications and content strategies.

As a key leader on the growing European Marketing Team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Help design and drive the overall, integrated marketing plan for EMEA (targeting, communications and content, budget planning, events schedule, analysis and reporting of ROI).
  • Translate the overall marketing plan and goals into actionable quarterly targets, goals, initiatives and metrics for EMEA field and partner marketing.
  • Drive execution through field marketing managers in each hub. Develop and implement a best practice playbook, based on data, to govern their activities and identify areas for regional consistency as well as hub level variation. Foster appropriate leverage of marketing efforts across hubs to optimize ROI.
  • Support last mile execution of digital and physical campaigns with field managers to ensure relevancy, and shared accountability against pipeline-building targets
  • Exhibit exceptional leadership skills and the ability to attract, develop and coach a high-performing of field and partner marketing talent while embracing Mirakl’s values
  • Provide a primary point of contact to Mirakl’s sales leadership in EMEA to communicate and track progress against quarterly plans, goals, and upcoming focus areas.
  • Maintain and communicate a quarterly rolling calendar of integrated activities that drive full funnel for prospects and customers working in close partnership with Sales, Alliances and BDR teams.
  • Work with your EMEA Growth Marketing, Customer Marketing and Communications and content marketing counterparts and with Mirakl’s Global Marketing team to source and introduce new marketing ideas, channels and tactics to help scale the business
  • Align with global corporate and product marketing teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging for in region programs
  • Work with industry experts and influencers in the region to drive target accounts to educate them on the platform economy and to leverage their network at Mirakl events.

Requirements

  • 10+ years experience working with or for a tech company in a marketing leadership role, with at least 3-5+ years in field/partner marketing specifically
  • Ability to create impactful marketing plans in a high-growth environment and execute in order to scale both sourced and influenced pipeline.
