To support this rapid adoption of the marketplace model, and take an active part in our growth, Mirakl is looking for a Functional Consultant Intern.
You will work with business consultants and will be their dedicated point of contact for technical and functional topics. You will be at the heart of the action, helping to build and maintain the tools and material that ensure the adoption and evangelisation of Mirakl features. You will be identified as the Mirakl expert and trusted advisor on the Product.
The ideal candidate to join our team will display strong communication, technological appetite and be highly customer oriented. We are seeking someone with a functional, account management and/or e-commerce/digital background. This role will be based in our Headquarters in Paris.
Responsibilities :
- Support Customer Success team: Train and educate the CS team on functional topics. Participate in the improvement of processes, methods and tools to constantly improve the quality of service and the customer experience. Identify, create, and promote compelling functional material.
- Product Usage: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Mirakl Platform and Services, as well as the best practices and how these provide value to our customers. Conduct analysis on how our customers are using our features and produce appropriate documents.
- Adoption amp; Satisfaction: Monitor platform usage KPIs and identify how they can leverage the best way possible Mirakl functionalities. Gather intelligence amp; monitor KPIs on new features deployment. Understand with data our clients’ platform usage to provide internal visibility and insights to the business consultants.
- Collaboration amp; Constant Innovation: Challenge and conduct different internal teams such as the Product team to share valuable feedback from clients and drive innovation, as well as collaborating with the Support team to help transfer knowledge and satisfy our clients. Participate in Webinars planification and execution. Provide support and expertise to create ad hoc documents.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- Graduated a Master’s Degree in Business, Digital, Consultancy or Engineering
- A good understanding of E-commerce, Marketplace and/or Digital ecosystems
- Strong communication and creative problem solving skills. A previous customer facing experience is a must
- Very strong technological appetite
- Powerpoint mastery, great computer skills in general
- Knowledge of the Marketplace market is a plus
- Strong dynamism and spirit of initiative
- Ability to work in a team, in an active collaborative mode
- Analytical and data driven qualities
- Self-motivated, highly detail oriented and takes initiative
- Must thrive in a dynamic, challenging, fast-paced environment
- English fluency any additional languages will be a great asset in the context of international expansion and working with international clients
