To support this rapid adoption of the marketplace model, Mirakl is looking for a Customer Success Assistant, Paris based.


As Customer Success Assistant, you will report to the Executive Assistant and will play a key role within the team supporting two Executive Vice Presidents. Your responsibilities will include :

  • Managing the executive's day-to-day calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
  • Coordinating travel arrangements for Executive Vice Presidents and other Customer Success team members
  • Providing administrative assistance including expense management for EVPs
  • Performing event organization such as Customer Success kick off meetings and Quarterly Business reviews
  • Putting in place a consistent cadence of executive meetings with top Customers
  • Working closely with the Customer Success Project Management Officer on selected cross-functional projects (e.g., overall Customer Success Team agenda, preparation of various internal meetings, management of client's contact list.)

Requirements


  • Has +5 years of experience, ideally in a similar role
  • Is a strong internal communicator and collaborator
  • Is organized, structured and has a lot of drive with a can-do / will-do attitude
  • Must thrive in a dynamic, challenging, fast-paced work environment
  • Speaks English and French fluently - another language is a plus in a context of international expansion
