What you will do :

  • Work closely with hiring managers and HR managers to identify staffing needs
  • Draft inspiring job descriptions and job ads
  • Source candidates through online channels and find a way to attract great potential
  • Drive the selection process, including screening calls, assessment and interviews
  • Leverage our Applicant Tracking System
  • Follow through with candidates and hiring teams during the selection and pre-hire process
  • Build a strong network of candidates (past and future)
  • Help and support your colleagues and managers to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy;
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues;
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital;
  • Nurture a positive working environment
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management;
  • Requirements

    • You have worked for at least 3 years as a recruiter for tech roles in a fast-paced environment;
    • You have already hired digital or ecommerce sales profiles;
    • Working experiences in the banking or payment sector is a plus;
    • You are super confident with social media, ATS and professional networks
    • You speak and write fluently Dutch, French and English
    • You love connecting and building relationships with candidates
    • You can measure and report your work results
    • You enjoy working in a team and take ownership of your work
