You will join a great and growing team at one of the most promising start-ups in Europe, surrounded by serial entrepreneurs and talents. You will be in charge of signing strategic accounts to support the growth of Stuart, and will be reporting directly to the Head of Sales Dimitri, including regular touchpoints with the top management of Stuart.
Responsibilities
- Accelerate the growth of Stuart by signing +15 strategic accounts in our key verticals: Food, Grocery, Retail amp; Ecommerce
- Map and target top decision makers (Managing Directors, Operations Directors, Marketing amp; Ecommerce Directors, Supply Chain Directors, IT Directors..) in a methodical way
- Create, manage and grow a sales pipeline in total autonomy, and follow up prospects through available CRM tools (Salesforce)
- Lead pitches, negotiations amp; tenders with a strong support from the top management (Head of Sales, Head of Operations, General Manager France, CPO, COO, CEO)
- Collaborate across teams (Product and Operations) to better focus client-facing efforts, taking initiative to identify issues and finding solutions
- Build and deliver compelling demonstrations, pitches and sales materials with the support of our Marketing team
- Create and lead cross-team and cross-market projects and contribute to the global commercial strategy
- Represent Stuart at various events such as fairs and conferences, in France and Europe
Requirements
- +6 years of experience in a Sales, Business Development or Account Management role
- Significant experience amp; success in a Sales and Enterprise clients environment, with top decision makers
- Experience in tendering for food, grocery, retail or e-commerce business award
- Experience of managing key projects involving multiple stakeholders from different teams and countries
- C Level and Senior Management standing
- Curious, adaptive, resilient amp; results oriented
- Fluency in French and English
- Experience in a high growth start-up / retail / logistics is a plus :-)
