The role

We are looking for an HR administrative to be part of our fantastic HR team.

We are looking for a candidate that attention to detail, with strong experience in administrative processes in France and a good understanding of employment law and collective agreements, to support our French HR and Legal teams.

This role is office based in Paris.


Responsibilities
  • Support and improve the payroll and benefits process
  • Own administrative tasks such as:
    • Manage medical certificates, employee leaves (time off, parental leaves, etc)
    • Manage employment contracts
    • Manage documentation database
    • Retrieve and store official corporate documentation (such as k-bis extracts, certificates of fiscal regularity, certificates of social regularity, etc.)
  • Provide support to employees through our HR Service Desk
  • Support in mail and parcels management and registered letters
  • Collaborate with the office team in engagement initiatives such as events, volunteering activities, etc.
  • Administer legal budget
  • Support the company's expansion by taking care of the new entities administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • 2+ administrative or legal experience supporting a growing global organisation
  • Experience working within a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English
  • Experience with HR management tools
  • Problem-solving attitude with an eye for detail
