Human resources (HR) is the division of a business that is charged with finding, screening, recruiting, and training job applicants, as well as administering employee-benefit programs. HR plays a key role in helping companies deal with a fast-changing business environment and a greater demand for quality employees.

We are looking for a capable HR Administrator Specialist based in Paris. You will assist the various People Operations tasks such as employee contracts, onboarding and data management within the organisation.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Support the daily operations of HR
  • Manage employment contracts for new employees in a timely manner
  • Handle employee queries related to People operations
  • Maintain employee data with an organised and efficient process
  • Assist recruiters, talent acquisition teams, and other HR staff with activities, such as onboarding of new recruits.
  • Coordinate payroll by providing up-to-date information on all employees, including sick leaves, leaves of absence, overtime hours, work schedules, and more.
  • Create a good employee experience by being a supportive point of contact within the company
Requirements
  • Previous experience (minimum 1 year) in an HR related role
  • A bachelors degree in Human Ressources, a completed commercial training or comparable qualification
  • Eager to learn and develop while being open to take on new projects
  • Collaborative and approachable when working with others
  • Organized, ability to multitask and strong communication skills
  • Fluent English (read, written), additional languages (Dutch) a plus
  • Proficient with MS Office and Google Suite applications
