OverviewWe are looking fora talented and enthusiastic Project Managerto join our People (HR) Projects team. The successful candidate will work on a range of projects, partnering with different teams in order to support the People (HR) department’s, as well as Criteo’s, growth and transformation strategy. This represents an ambitious roadmap that includes company-wide projects (organisational change, Mamp;A, implementation of new HR tools, etc).What you’ll do· Manage key internal People projects from beginning to endDefining and scoping People projects (covering a mix of internal projects for our People function, as well as projects supporting organizational change across the wider business)Planning and monitoring the project, including time amp; cost estimationManaging risks and issuesBuilding change management plansCreating transition plans and running post-implementation reviews, applying the lessons learned to future projects.Successfully driving projects to completion, managing to project plan and budget· Establish and manage relationships, expectations, and communications with project team members and stakeholders· Support continuous improvement of methodologies, processes and tools within the People Project teamWho you areAn experienced project management professional, you will:· have significant experience in Project Management in an HR or related environment, preferably in a global company· have demonstrable experience running projects related to organisational change, partnering with internal business clients, as well as projects focused on the HR function (processes, tools etc.).· have strong organization, time management and project management skills· possess relevant Project Management qualifications (PMI, Prince 2 or equivalent) and a strong technical grounding in all aspects of Project Management· be able to draft and present business cases and project plans in a clear and concise manner· be willing to learn every day, face new challenges and drive things through· have excellent communication and presentation skills· be able to work effectively and collaboratively across functions/teams· have strong analytical skills· befluent in written and spoken English· have strong Excel / PowerPoint skills; exposure to various HR tools/software (in particular Workday) will be a distinct advantage· A background in consultancy, while not essential, would be considered beneficial
