Overview Retail media, the placement of brand-sponsored advertising within retailer e-commerce sites and apps, is growing rapidly as shopping increasingly moves toward e-commerce. Now, retailers can drive incremental revenue by providing tools that make it easy for brands and agencies to manage retail media campaigns, while also maintaining control of the shopper experience. Additionally, retailers and brands using the platform can deliver consent-based, personalized advertising without relying on third-party cookies. nbsp;As we are growing and scaling our operations, we are looking for a new Team Lead, Retailer Technical Solutions. As a Team Lead, you will mentor and coach a team of Technical Solutions Engineers through the execution of a wide range of retailer technical account management and support tasks, going from advising our retailers on our integration technical assets to investigating ad delivery issues and troubleshooting platform bugs. You will also work on several initiatives to optimize the team efficiency, implement scalable investigation frameworks, design and rollout process improvements, and work cross functionally to escalate recurring or large issues and push for long term resolutions. What you'll do
Managenbsp;a team of 5 Technical Solutions Engineers,nbsp;developnbsp;skillsets, andnbsp;empowernbsp;the team to be able to perform their duties in every situation.
Streamlinenbsp;the team’s activity through the definition of Service Levels and team KPIs, the implementation of scalable processes, and the development of efficient investigation frameworks.
Support the integration and migrationnbsp;of Retail Media retailers to the new Retail Media Platform, by developing an expertise of the SSP side of the platform and our integration tools.
Identify platform and tools feature gaps, andnbsp;partner with Productnbsp;to design future operational / troubleshooting tools for the new Retail Media Platform.
Contributenbsp;to the continuous improvement of our Operating Model, andnbsp;scale Retailer TS operationsnbsp;according to business needs.
Who you are
You graduated with bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field.
You have 4+ years of experience in Operations, preferably in the Ad Tech or e-commerce industry. A first management experience with 2-3 direct reports is a strong plus.
You have strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, combined with a hands-on attitude, and know how to lead the way and be creative when investigating complex and real-time issues.
You have experience working with ticketing systems, and have a proven process improvement track record.
You have excellent interpersonal and communication (both oral and written) skills, as well as a strong sense of customer service. Fluency in English is mandatory.
You have strong leadership skills, are able to federate a team around common goals, and enjoy sharing knowledge and teaching others.
