This includes making learning a key element of our transformation success, establishing a solid learning structure with a focus on learning experience and a data orientation and creating a learning culture at Criteo.This role offers a unique opportunity to expand your Learning amp; Development (Lamp;D) skillset and professional experience in the dynamic environment of a global tech company.What you'll do

• Support the Lamp;D team in the design amp; delivery of learning solutions at a global level (innovative learning resources, eLearning, virtual classes, blended programs, etc.)
• Create communication campaigns for the promotion of learning programs leveraging our Learning Management System (LMS)
• Design and create interactive learning guides as PowerPoint presentations, videos, infographics and other visual materials.
• Provide ongoing support on learning analytics to improve our data tracking amp; learning evaluation system
• Contribute to the development of learning communities.

Who you are

• You ideally have experience in Human Resources / Learning amp; Development
• You are comfortable with Excel data management functions (this will not be the main role, but be very useful)
• Proficient in Presentations Design
• You have experience using a Learning Management System (LMS)
• You are a quick learner, problem-solver, pro-active and well-organized
• You are eager to work in an international environment and able to think global and act local
• You have a team spirit and positive mindset
