The IDM team provides authentication and authorization services for both applicationsnbsp;and humans. Our mission is to support developers in implementing robust authentication/authorization components.nbsp;The provided servicesnbsp;mustnbsp;be highly available, scalable, secure and low latency. We currently provide authentication and authorization for more thannbsp;40Knbsp;serversnbsp;(including Windows, Linuxnbsp;systems), we also handle SSO for both internal and external usersnbsp;and provide APIs to store and retrieve secrets.nbsp;
What you'll do
In this role, you will take the lead of a team whonbsp;is nbsp;designing, building and improving parts of our infrastructure to address scaling needs, performances resiliencynbsp;and security.nbsp;You’ll help the team to ensure the service is operating well at any time and apply progressive changes in a fully automated infrastructure.
You will:nbsp; nbsp; • Manage a small number of engineers in the team (4-5).nbsp; nbsp; • Effectively prioritize and make calls regarding team roadmap and deliverables.nbsp; nbsp; • Contribute code in the team among engineers (this is a very hands-on role).nbsp; nbsp; • Solve problems at a scale you never experienced previously.nbsp; nbsp; • Work with you fellow team leads and principal engineers in the group who will be able to support you.
Who you are :

• 2+ years experience managing a team of engineers
• Experience with SSO concepts, services, JWTnbsp;
• Experienced with Active Directory hardening (including multi-sites)nbsp;nbsp;
• Good understanding of underlying technologies (Kerberos, LDAP, replication mechanisms)nbsp;
• Significant experience at working on heterogeneous production platforms (Windows, Linux, Hadoop)nbsp;
• Knowledge of some scripting languages (ruby, python, bash, PowerShell...)nbsp;
• Experienced with automation frameworks like Puppet, Chef or Ansiblenbsp;

Nice to have :

• Basic knowledge on principles and best practices regarding authentication, authorization and cryptographynbsp;
• Ability to work with international teamsnbsp;
• Experienced with large scale deployments in Cloud or Hybrid environmentsnbsp;
• Experienced with monitoring tools like Prometheusnbsp;
• Good communication skills to provide guidance to the rest of the Ramp;D on best practicesnbsp;
• Proficiency with incident managementnbsp;
• Experience with Hashicorp’s Vaultnbsp;
