We are the leading advertising platform for the open internet.In the Procurement Department, and as part of the Global Category Team in charge of Internal IT, Ramp;D and Insurances, your role will be to lead Infrastructure procurement. We are therefore looking for our new Category Lead Buyer Infrastructure.The Infrastructure department provides capacity and connectivity to host the Criteo platform and applications globally.They provide the computing power and data transfer needs to fuel Criteo.We are talking about 9 datacenters worldwide, 50000 servers, up to 200Gbps of Network Traffic and much more.If you are a senior IT procurement professional and a tech-addict, willing to work in a fast paced environment, eager to embrace changes and ready to support Criteo’s transformation, please give us a shout !What you will do :
  • Developing sourcing strategies for Infrastructure (Datacenters related HW, network connectivity and services) and collaborating with internal business partners and suppliers to reduce total costs and risks
  • Leading tenders/ RFPs/RFQs, and achieving cost savings through negotiations
  • Developing and maintain metrics to hold suppliers accountable for performance and delivery
  • Contributing to improve Procure-to-Pay processes and tools to drive efficiency and added value services across business and Finance teams
  • Communicating appropriately and establishing strong partnership with internal business stakeholders and with suppliers
  • Analyzing category data and metrics to enforce Procurement category strategies and understanding customers’ needs and concerns, across categories and regions, to influence customers’ priorities
  • Leading Supplier Relationship Management with strategic suppliers and with internal stakeholders to ultimately improve supplier performance and to strengthen business partnerships
Who you are :
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, Procurement amp; Supply Chain or engineering
  • 5+ years’ experience in a Procurement organization performing vendor management, contract management, negotiating complex purchases, and running tenders
  • Experience related to Datacenters Projects, networking projects and hardware;
  • Strong leader who can drive category strategies and build strong relationships and trust with key stakeholders
· Knowledgeable about the supply market and supplier capabilities, technically and geographically
  • Demonstrated ability as a Project Manager who can prioritize workload and manage complex projects within cost and schedule
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Collaborative, but also work with significant autonomy
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Out of the box thinking and curiosity are must have
  • Strong skills in MS Office
  • 100% remote working until June 2021 / from then mostly remote arrangement tbd offices located in the center of Paris
