We launched our Paris operations in 2018 and have since invested in more than 25 French startups, which include Kinetix - enabling creators to turn any video into 3D animation, Fairbrics - producing the first synthetic fabric with a net positive impact on climate change, or 77Foods - crafting high quality, plant-based bacon.
RESPONSIBILITIESAs an intern in the Programme team, you will be supporting us in handling the day-to-day operations of the programme, from the moment our founders join us until they have an investable startup.
Your main missions will be set around:
- Founders' experience: Founders are our customers and we want to make sure they have a memorable experience on the programme. You will be responsible for closely working with them to anticipate and resolve potential challenges that they may face throughout the course of their company-building journey.
- Data Intelligence: You will be in charge of analyzing the feedbacks provided by the founders and derived actionnables from them in order to maximize the founder satisfaction over the course of the Programme.
- Community and partnerships with key stakeholders: At the heart of EF’s long term defensibility is our ability to attract the best talent and provide the best programme. Building long term relationships with startup services providers as well as other organisations from the ecosystem will be one of your main challenge. Your internship will also be a great opportunity to interact with the broader tech and VC community in Paris as we are increasingly extending our reach.
- Cultivation: Ensure everyone we offer to join EF, joins.Every person we offer that doesn’t join is a missed opportunity to build something massive. Your mission is to ensure offer holders know EF is the highest value use of their time.You will:- Present the programme to prospects that might be interested by entrepreneurship- Help create a world class pre-joining experience for offer holders- Organise events, webinars etc and support end-to-end operations

Your role will be crucial in ensuring a smooth running of the programme, from onboarding individuals to helping them form teams and generate ideas, all the way through to Investment Committee preparation, incorporation and fundraising.

EXPERIENCEYou should:- Have a strong academic record- Have a strong interest for technology, startups and venture capital- Have already interned at a top tier company or startup- Be perfectly fluent in both English and French
REQUIREMENTSYou should excel with process and people, be strategic but enjoy getting your hands dirty and want a fast paced role.
You should also:- Be an expert problem solver who thinks on their feet- Have high EQ and enjoy working with people- Have a strong growth mindset and actively seek ownership- Have outstanding organisational skills- Be a strong communicator- Be very comfortable with managing competing priorities
COMPENSATIONYou will be paid 1,200 euros per month.
LOCATIONYou will be based in EF's offices at Station F, 5 Parvis Alan Turing, 75013 Paris, with flexibility to work remotely.
