Job Description

Dataiku allows enterprises to create value with their data in a human-centered way while breaking down silos and encouraging collaboration. One of the most unique characteristics of our product, Data Science Studio (DSS), is the breadth of its scope and the fact that it caters both to technical and non-technical users. Through DSS, we aim to empower people through data and democratize data science.

As part of our growth, we are looking for a Technical Recruiting Lead to join our Talent Acquisition team to help us develop our R&D department with talented engineers! 

New in 2021 we will be launching a Technical Recruiting Hub within our Paris Headquarters. We're looking for this person to help create and build a world class recruitment machine embedded within our R&D teams. Working closely with our CTO, this person will have a deep understanding of our product roadmap, technologies, and will be able to map engineering talent to the appropriate R&D team and openings.

Apart from handling the full recruitment cycle for the various profiles to recruit in our R&D team, we are looking for someone who enjoys networking and building a pipe of candidates for future opportunities. Someone who loves going to tech events (virtual and onsite) but also who has a geek spirit. :-)

What you'll do

  • Build, engage, lead and develop a team of high-performing recruiters in an extremely fast-paced and ambiguous environment
  • Set team performance goals and metrics, timelines and formal tracking process to measure and manage progress
  • Engage talent Identify the right people, get them engaged, and manage the full hiring process
  • Build solid relationships with your hiring teams and serve as an advisor and partner to build healthy pipelines of stellar candidates and fill current openings
  • Craft and enhance a consistent and extraordinary candidate experience
  • Work with Talent Team in developing Talent Acquisition strategies and projects
  • Be a passionate Dataiku brand ambassador before, during, and after recruitment. You will help us build our talent brand in addition to our talent pipeline

You might be a good fit if.

  • 8+ years of experience in tech hiring with a passion for building high-performing tech teams 
  • Deep understanding of the technical landscape and able to talk tech ; a technical experience or an engineering degree is a plus
  • Resourceful in using creative tools to identify and attract high demand talent
  • Experience collaborating with and influencing senior hiring managers and executives throughout the recruiting cycle
  • Ability to work independently and simultaneously on multiple positions
  • Demonstrable experience recruiting for a fast-paced company, ideally for a software company
  • Knowledge of ATS tools (Lever is a plus) and recruiting technologies
