Senior Delivery Manager at Checkout.com:
Checkout.com is seeking a Senior Delivery Manager. Our passion is to change the world of payments and the team sits at the heart of achieving our ambitious vision and goals.
As Senior Delivery Manager, you will be accountable for the end-to-end process of our product delivery and go-to-market. You will be working with different functional teams in charge of building a part of the issuing platform, creating and tracking dependency mapping, operationalization plans and launch plans.
About You
- Prior experience in Project or Programme Management with the Schemes
- Experience in the identification, assessment, and management of risks; able to manage the risks, not just the risk register
- Excellent presentation and meeting facilitation skills
- Energetic team player with excellent written communications, verbal communications, and conceptual skills.
- Strong interpersonal communication, problem solving, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Self-starter / self-motivated, capable of staying on track and pursuing solutions without supervision
- Comfortable in developing effective relationships with cross functional stakeholders, senior leadership, and scrum teams across the organization
- Has a flexible approach to change, is able to work effectively in a variety of situations, constantly seeks improvements and is forward looking
- Experience of working with tools such as JIRA, Github and Confluence is a plus
- Experience navigating through cross-department/team dependencies
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Fluent in English
What you will be doing
- Lead the strategy, vision and roadmap for Scheme Projects
- Lead projects with the Schemes by key responsible for Scheme projects
- Create project plans, identify constraints and risks, and provide mitigation plans
- Be responsible for regular reporting to key stakeholders on project and program status
- Support change management and go live procedures
- Facilitate regular meetings with your stakeholders
- Maintain project documentation
- Maintain change management documentation in confluence, google docs
