Key responsibilities:

You will participate and will hold a key role through the strategic transformation of the French commercial team, its processes and approach towards its markets.

Gain insight with Sales, Customers, Marketing, Customer Care, Supply Chain and Finance to improve commercial structure to support market share strategy activities for the French business.

Maintain an analytically-driven continuous-improvement process including test-and-learn optimization.

Support our Customer Care transformation aligned with a newly implemented customer classification. Set and support new sales processes, including :

review and optimize current processes (customer creation, automated forecast tools aligning customer demand, supply chain and finance).

analyse and review pricing/margin structure vs. an optimized supply costs structure (consequently build gatekeeper and approval matrix).

drive inside sales project implementation.

feed generation of potential Leads through external sources into the CRM ensuring regional and global alignment.

Create reports/dashboards to foster business management for various stakeholders (sales directors, sales reps, customer care managers).

Enable the acceleration of the sales team productivity by effective usage of existing sales processes. Develop and deploy “sales kits” improving the “face to the customer” activities of the sales force.

Create a “one stop” easy to maintain market intelligence tool by segment.

Job Specification

Qualifications and skills:

As a candidate, you have graduated and held a University degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics Economics or similar (with preferably a “Master Grande Ecole de Commerce”) within the last two years or you will graduate no later than 1 September 2021.

0 to 2 years work experience.

Experience as program/project manager/in portfolio management.

Great analytical skills and good command of computer tools.

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Listening and presentation skills.

The ability to interface with all levels of management.

Being highly organized with strong communication skills.

Teamwork and integrity are key values for you.

Excellent business level in English and being bilingual in French (ideally native language).

Your home base will be at our French headquarters in the greater Paris area (Saint-Crépin-Ibouvillers). Your position is global, so you get a six-month placement abroad. You’ll experience life and work in other cultures. You’ll build a global network of like-minded lighthouse leaders – ready to take Hempel to another level.
