Job Description

Senior HR Business Partner

Reporting to the France Managing Director, working closely with our Chief People Officer, you will join a People team of almost 30 covering all People, Talent Acquisition and Office Management.

As a Business Partner, you will work closely with our managers and employees to create a seamless experience for our employee lifecycle. You will deliver exceptional results that help improve the culture whilst deploying our people strategy aligning to the business goals.

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing a small team of 3 people, responsible for People Ops, Office Management and Talent Acquisition.
  • Taking a proactive approach in leading stakeholder interactions and driving discussions on critical HR and business issues.
  • Support employees in their various requests, needs and deployment of HR policy.
  • Building and monitoring HR dashboards and indicators to adapt action plans and support decisions taken by the Executive Committee.
  • Implement the Human Resources policy in line with the Group's strategy.
  • Supporting change; team restructuring, bonus system.
  • Monitoring the annual performance reviews, ensuring that they are used to steer our career path and pay scale.
  • Drawing up the training plan, supporting professional development and mobility.
  • Oversee internal events, rituals, office management and the optimisation of our vehicle and IT fleets with our Office amp; Happiness Manager.
  • Ensuring that the payroll process runs smoothly, coordinating bonus calculations and our HRIS is kept up to date.
  • Responsible for ensuring compliance with social, labour law and legal regulations, and for monitoring legal developments.
  • Working closely with the Managing Director to provide support for social dialogue and the smooth organisation of CSE meetings (CSE comprising 5 elected members).

About you:

  • You have at least 8 years of experiences in HR (included people management)
  • You have solid knowledges in social law and reorganisation
  • You are digitised and you have already worked with Payroll tools / HRIS
  • You are fluent in English and French and have an appetite for international topics
  • You are very organised, and know how to prioritise high workloads
  • You are known to be a good leader and you like to manage people
  • You have a great team spirit and like to work with other people, you are also empathetic and supportive
  • You are proactive, committed, have an appetite for business issues and you want to have a real impact on the long-term future of your company
  • You already know SYNTEC would be a plus.

Full Time Employee contract based within our Paris Office
