Directly reporting to the Chief Legal Officer, your main tasks will be the following:What you will be doing?

• Handle corporate secretary for the French entity and the worldwide subsidiaries and ensure compliance with local corporate law.
• Manage our ESOP plans and associated formalities
• Assist in developing and executing legal strategy regarding group structuration and setting up new entities around the world.
• Support a variety of corporate transactions including funding, Mamp;A, investment, and other strategic operations in a substantive fashion (e.g., structuring corporate documentation, due diligence participation, post-closing formalities).
• Provide corporate advices to the different stakeholders of the company
• Occasionally, support the other members of the legal team on various legal tasks

Your Profile

• French legal education mandatory
• Master 2 in Business law - double major in business school/political science/LLM is a plus
• Admitted to practice law in France (CAPA)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience (post graduation) in corporate law
• Bonus - You are familiar with start up clients
• Excellent communication and drafting skills
• English and French full written and oral proficiency
