As a Back-End Team Lead, you will have the opportunity to work with a group of people who share a passion for the iGaming industry. Your role as Team Lead is to manage the overall planning, execution and success of complex software solutions to meet the needs of our customers.
- Position Overview:
- Lead and manage a team of .NET developers, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.
- Foster a collaborative work environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with technical leads, architects, and management to define technical strategies and resolve challenges.
- Develop project plans, set realistic timelines, and allocate resources effectively.
- Monitor project progress, adjust plans as necessary, and communicate with stakeholders.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to the development team.
- Liaise between the development team, technical leads, and management.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards and quality guidelines.
- Identify training needs and implement initiatives for skill enhancement.
- Identify and mitigate risks to project success.
- Provide updates, address concerns, and solicit feedback from stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field 5 years of experience as a back-end developer at least (if no project management experience), with expertise in .Net
- Working in Agile and SCRUM methodology
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for the iGaming industry and new technologies and emerging trends, with an experience of high traffic sites (500K message/second)
- Have knowledge of the following technologies: RabittMQ, Redis, MySQ
