The opportunity
  • The CRM amp; Lifecycle Marketing Manager is a key member of the Global Growth Marketing Team and will be laser-focused on driving significant growth and building retention for Europe.

  • You will be in charge of refining our user segmentation and business scenarios for each target. You will design and execute campaigns and key communications to drive repeat and adoption. You will work hand in hand with our Data and Tech teams to set up the workflows and tools for our CRM initiatives. You will take a data-driven approach to creating and optimising campaigns, automations, A/B tests, segmentation and continual data analysis and experimentation.

  • You'll be part of the Global Marketing team and report directly to Reese, our Sr. Director of Global Growth.
What you'll work on
  • Main missions:
  • Review behavioral data and user insights to determine the lifecycle marketing strategies and KPIs by segment
  • Determine messaging and build effective templates within automated workflows based on data insights and collaboration with the Creative Design team
  • Instrument the funnel and monitor metrics to increase conversion rates and reduce cycle time without sacrificing customer happiness
  • Work with sales, marketing, and product teams to develop, launch, and optimize customer journeys by managing our multichannel marketing automation platform, Braze
  • Collaborate with content teams to direct and develop impactful content for manual and automated nurture and acquisition campaigns
  • Ideate and launch experiments and tests across all channels (email, SMS, push, in-app, etc.) to generate revenue and grow supply -bringing a scrappy, iterative, and fail-fast/recover-faster approach
  • Work closely with other teams to develop programs that increase retention and engagement with a focus on customer loyalty
  • Proactively find opportunities to improve lifecycle marketing strategies are embedded within product roadmaps and martech stack
  • Dive into Growth-related data, including reporting on lifecycle performance and working with analytics teams and other Growth Marketing team members to constantly refine attribution
What you will bring to the team
  • Required:
  • 5+ years of CRM and lifecycle marketing automation experienceB2C tech marketing experience including proficiency with Braze or another multichannel marketing automation platform
  • Experience implementing full lifecycle marketing strategies across email, SMS, push, and in-app channels (from ideation to implementation and execution)
  • Analytical experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, and Adjust
  • Highly collaborative and the ability to work effectively with teams and individuals, including executives
  • Critical thinking skills that demonstrate your ability to dissect complex challenges and formulate actionable, measurable solutions
  • Multilingual proficiency (fluency in English and French required) with the ability to communicate clearly and succinctly (both written and verbal), both externally (customers, prospects, press) and internally (across teams, with executives)

  • Nice to have:
  • Prior experience with marketplaces or multi-sided platforms
  • Interest or previous experience in the mobility sector and/or the sharing economy
  • Experience working in a fast-growing tech start-up environment
