As the Vice President of Product and Engineering, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our product strategy and leading our engineering team. You will be responsible for driving product innovation, technical excellence, and ensuring seamless integration of technology within our adtech solutions.

This role combines strategic leadership, product development, and technical oversight, making it a key position within our organization.

A Day in the Life :

• Lead and manage the product team in France, setting a clear vision and strategy for product development.

• Technical Leadership: Oversee the engineering team, ensuring the development and maintenance of high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions. Provides technical advice and guidance, as well as hands-on resource for all software development activities.
• Product Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap that aligns with the company's goals and current market trends. Drive product innovation to maintain a competitive edge.
• End-to-End Product Development: Manage the entire product development lifecycle, from concept to launch. Prioritize features, define requirements, and ensure efficient execution.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, and operational teams, to ensure product alignment with customer needs and market demand. Also work closely with other departments in other regions of the world, to design, develop and deploy scalable technologies that will increase internal and external customer satisfaction.
• Monitor productperformance and gather customer feedback to continually improve and refine the product. Make data-driven decisions and maintain a focus on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the product's success.
• Recruitment and Team Management: Build, mentor, and lead the product and engineering team. Foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
• Technology Stack: Stay updated on the latest technological advancements in the adtech industry and implement relevant tools and frameworks.
• Resource Management: Manage the product and engineering budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize efficiency and impact.

Requirements

• Educational Background: Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience: A minimum of 7 years in relevant roles, demonstrating strong product management and leadership skills.
• Leadership Record: Proven experience as a VP of Product or similar role within the Adtech, MarTech industries.
• Product Innovation: A history of successfully launching and scaling innovative products.
• Technical Prowess: Expertise in full-stack architecture, with proficiency in Java and cloud computing technologies.
• Leadership Skills: Exceptional team management abilities, with a focus on building high-performing teams.
• Strategic Thinker: Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Versatility: Ability to handle both high-level strategic thinking and hands-on technical tasks.
• Adaptability: Capability to prioritize and excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration abilities in both French and English.
• Ad-Tech Knowledge: Previous experience or knowledge in ad-tech is highly valued.
