Customer Success is at the heart of Aircall(e), We are looking for a tech-savvy individual with strong relationship building skills that is looking to help customers succeed(e) on the Spanish speaking marketYou will play a major part in supporting our rapidly growing client base to ensure they help their businesses grow with AircallWhat you would do as a CSM :
  • Grow and nurturea portfolioof SMB customers in the Spanish Market
  • Maximise your portfolio’s expansionwhileminimizing churnand contraction
  • Gather customer product feedbackto help shape and define the product roadmap
  • Develop and automate ourprocesses, practices amp; tools
  • Bring in new ideasto delight our customers
What we're looking for :
  • A first work experience in a similar environment(sales, customer relations, customer service, marketing) would be highly appreciated.
  • SaaS amp; Sales experience a plus
  • You're anatural communicator.
  • Comfortable managingseveral tasksand issues in afast-paced environment.
  • You appreciate and aim forstructure and processesin your work.
  • Data driven, you are keen to use data to proactively engage and drive value.
  • You are comfortable working in Spanish amp; Englishand/orFrench.
