Job Description
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated UI Designer to join our dynamic team. As a UI Designer, you will work closely with the UX Researcher to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for our flagship product, the A2MAC1 Platform. You will be responsible for translating user research findings into tangible design solutions that meet user needs and enhance the overall user experience.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the UX Researcher to understand user needs, conduct user research, and gather insights to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes based on user research findings and UX design principles.
- Design visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces that align with the overall product vision and brand guidelines.
- Ensure consistency and coherence across all UI elements and interactions throughout the product.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product owners, to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iteratively improve the UI designs.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI design and user experience.
- Work closely with the UX Researcher to ensure the seamless integration of UI and UX elements in the final product.
Requirements
Experience required:
- Proven experience as a UI Designer, preferably in software development or SaaS platforms.
- Strong understanding of UI design principles, user-centered design, and usability principles.
- Proficiency in UI design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or equivalent.
- Experience in creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for user interfaces.
- Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to understand technical constraints and possibilities of implementation.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including developers, product owners, and UX researchers.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and communicate design concepts effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to balance aesthetics with usability.
Qualifications amp; Interpersonal skills required:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field. Additional certifications or relevant master's degree is a plus.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI design work and demonstrating a strong sense of aesthetics and user-centered design.
- Proficiency in design software and prototyping tools.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
