We are seeking for a Real Estate Business Developer, with direct focus in Real Estate Agencies, to join our team in Paris. You will be responsible for building and developing new partnerships with local agencies and brokers (all sizes, from small to big ones), sourcing, touring, and acquiring apartments that meet the Ukio apartment criteria from those players.

Your goal will be to visit and forge relationships with local big or small neighborhood agencies, brokers (both from agencies or individual/freelancers), to acquire a consistent amount of highly unique apartments in Paris. You will also help manage existing relations with residential brokers that are part of the Ukio network. Lastly, you will drive all lease negotiations and agreements with these ecossystem partners.

This position will be a key part of the path for our company in France and will become the reference person in the market for any these stakeholders across the business. As a start-up, and with Ukio’s unique culture you will be given a high degree of autonomy and expected to deal with numerous challenges and opportunities along the way.

• Create a consistent supply pipeline of apartments that meet our standards
• Build a strong network with local agencies and residential real estate brokers
• Acquire and drive negotiations of long-term leases of high-quality apartments in desirable locations in Paris.
• Manage and develop the existing relationships with agencies within the Ukio network
• Advocate and drive a strong reputation for Ukio in the sector
• Work and partner with various departments in effectively resolving landlord enquiries, challenges, and contracts

• You have at least 2+ years of experience working in real estate (residential or property development), specifically in Paris
• In depth knowledge and familiarity with the real estate market and agencies in Paris
• Proven track record of managing complex legal residential leases
• Skilled negotiator and relationship manager
• Proven track record of excellence in surpassing sales targets
• Strong network in residential real estate in Paris (a plus for agencies connections)
• Excellent communication skills in French both verbal and written. Intermediate English.
• Flexible, resilient and content with ambiguity and changes.
• Confident with working in cross-functional teams.
• Comfortable performing in a start-up environment.
