Do you want to see what infrastructures supporting a global high-frequency Market Maker look like? Are you interested in building resilient and efficient systems? Ready to tackle technical challenges?
You will be part of the infrastructure team. Reporting to Flowdesk's Lead of Infrastructure and in permanent interaction with the Engineering/Trading/Data teams, your mission is to improve, scale and maintain Flowdesk's infrastructures.
Your mission together with the other members of the infrastructure team will be to:
- Participate in the day-to-day operational activities
- Discuss needs with Flowdesk's teams and answer those.
- Propose improvements and bring new ideas to the table.
- Participate in making more resilient and efficient infrastructures.
- Work with engineering teams to help them deliver their objectives.

Requirements
- +3 years of experience
- Fluency in English, the primary working language, is a prerequisite for this position.
- Experience with Kubernetes is needed.
- Experience with public cloud providers, especially AWS is mandatory.
- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines, fluxCD and Github actions would be a big plus.
- Experience with using Terraform and Ansible is needed.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical people.
- Good organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of prometheus/grafana and monitoring stacks generally.
