Singulier is looking for an experienced Product and Tech expert to lead our new Product amp; Tech practice. This is a rare opportunity to use your Product and Tech skills in a leadership role to rapidly scale a profitable company with direct exposure to shareholders and top executives.

Singulier provides strategic and transformation support for private equity/investment funds and established companies. We collaborate with our clients to establish task forces that can perform strategic digital operations resulting in rapid and sustainable impact. We create meaningful value by leveraging our deep expertise in digital, data, and technology to serve forward-thinking ventures. Digital expertise is at the heart of Singulier's value proposition, and we currently have 4 practices that house our expertise - Media and Marketing, Tech amp; Data, Customer Strategy, and Strategy.
Our diverse team of approximately 80 professionals based in London, Paris amp; Munich is divided into two groups: technical experts (including data engineers, digital media experts, and UX experts), and digital strategy consultants. Our members are graduates of the best business and engineering schools and possess extensive experience in the field. Founded in 2017, we have grown rapidly and are currently expanding to Germany.
What You’ll Do
This role will develop and lead our Product and Tech expert practice, defining a Product amp; Tech offer that will help us rapidly and significantly grow our business, in particular with B2B SaaS companies.
The new Product and Tech practice will leverage existing Product amp; Tech experts to build our offering and grow our coverage of the B2B market. As the leader of this practice, you will report directly to the CEO and co-founder of the Group and lead the practice across all Singulier markets.
NOTE: In the short run, this role will also oversee Singulier’s tech work, but we expect to spin this out as an independent practice in time. Applicants should have familiarity with both Product amp; Tech, but the primary focus is on Product expertise
This role sits on the Group Leadership team and participates in the development of the Group strategy.
Key responsibilities
Design, support sale of, and deliver Singulier’s Product amp; Tech strategy and offering
- Develop and maintain Singulier’s Product amp; Tech strategy and vision, including developing its current and future offer, incorporating best practices and emerging trends
- Advise clients (including both investors and corporate C-suite)
- Design and continuously improve a Product amp; Tech consulting offering to generate value for our clients, growing over time based on external trends and innovations as well as client needs
- Deliver the most complex amp; innovative Product amp; Tech consulting projects (incl. Product amp; Tech due diligences); ensure that strategy consulting teams have capabilities to deliver other Product projects
- Collaborate with Partners on business development, including developing proposals and pitching
- Collaborate with other practices to ensure our Product amp; Tech offering complements their work to offer clients a holistic view
- Advise teams by troubleshooting ongoing Product amp; Tech consulting projects
- Setup task forces to execute and temporarily deliver to prove the value creation potential
Build, lead and grow team to scale
- Directly lead and inspire a small team of Product amp; Tech experts and provide product functional leadership to a pool of strategy consultants
- Identify capabilities required to deliver Product amp; Tech consulting projects, and ensure Singulier has the capability required to deliver
- Facilitate and structure knowledge sharing, training and development within the team and the wider business, focused on knowledge and skills to deliver on projects
- Broadcast broader understanding of emerging Product amp; Tech trends and technologies to extend the thinking and the skills of the practice
Develop the reach amp; relevance of the practice to scale
- Build external awareness of our Product amp; Tech work and your own brand as a Product amp; Tech expert
- Promote the practice work and thinking at relevant Product amp; Tech and private equity events and networks to positively position our work to the benefit of our aw
