We have an exciting opportunity for the HR Associate Director to join Norgine. The person holding this position will report to HRBP for Commercial and Camp;BD and be a member of the Commercial Leadership team.

The HR Associate Director is responsible for the development and administrative management of human resources at the commercial office based in Rueil-Malmaison and the manufacturing site located in Dreux. He/she provides HR expertise to the Management Committee and operational staff.

Requirements

  • Manage day to day HR topics, and employee relations and act as a primary interface with employees in our organization, providing the best services to the employees and business combining respect for the culture, strategies, and policies of the Group, in compliance with the French labor legislation;
  • Owning any Works Council relationships for commercial and manufacturing sites;
  • Ensure that all the HR Administration activities and requirements are properly managed, assuring the relationship with local payroll provider, services agencies and government authorities;
  • Partner with business leaders to evaluate and define the store staff organization set up in order to achieve better effectiveness and efficiency to meet business needs and priorities;
  • Ensure the roll out of salary review process, monitoring compensation guidelines respect. Assure that sales bonus plans and commission schemes are properly set-up and implemented;
  • Manage and oversee the talent acquisition process by identifying, together with Managers, candidates aligned with the job profiling and company’s values. Foster talent and employee development, manage succession planning and Talent pipeline, Recruits, develops and retains high-performing and talented workforce;
  • Ensures communication of vision and strategy for his/her area of responsibility above and below within the organization;
  • Act as a change management facilitator, participate in system/process redesign in regards to HR topics and strategic project implementation;
  • Ensure effective communication across function, promote a culture of daily recognition among employees, leveraging on people leaders, set an inclusive environment and wellbeing, and manage compensation and benefits programs.

SKILLS amp; KNOWLEDGE

Significant HR experience preferably in multinational companies with a multi-country experience and fast-paced environment;
Solid work experience in HR;
Deep knowledge of French labor law;
Ability to drive change management and effectively manage multiple tasks;
Ability to develop effective working relationships with employees at all levels;
Ability to motivate others, influence work behaviors, negotiate;
Problem-solving capability and proven hands-on attitude;
Fluency in French and English;
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR Information Systems;
Availability to travel.
