We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer for the QA Team of Skeepers !

1. Innovation and Process Improvement: Implementing innovative testing methodologies or tools to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the QA process. For example, introducing machine learning techniques for test automation or spearheading initiatives to streamline CI/CD pipelines.
2. Cross-Functional Collaboration and Leadership: Leading cross-functional initiatives to foster collaboration between QA, development, and product teams. This could involve organizing knowledge-sharing sessions, mentoring junior team members, or driving initiatives to improve overall product quality and release cycles through close collaboration across departments.
3. Collaborating closely with internal teams, including developers and Product Owners, to accurately identify and understand software requirements.
4. Analyzing various inputs, such as user stories, acceptance criteria, and detailed specifications, to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
5. Crafting and meticulously maintaining test plans, cases, and datasets to uphold the highest standards of quality assurance.
6. Conducting thorough testing throughout the development lifecycle, employing a blend of manual testing techniques and API testing to ensure robust software performance.
7. Diligently pinpointing and documenting bugs with precision, then actively monitoring their resolution to uphold product excellence.
8. Harnessing the power of automation tools like Cypress to streamline and execute tests efficiently, enhancing overall testing effectiveness.
9. Taking the lead as an Automation Expert, sharing invaluable insights and best practices with the QA team to drive continuous improvement.
10. Remaining at the forefront of advancements in testing methodologies and tools, continuously expanding knowledge and implementing innovative strategies to elevate our testing capabilities.

Requirements

1. Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Having a strong educational background in a relevant discipline ensures a solid foundation for understanding complex technical concepts and methodologies.

• Specific experience in QA roles demonstrates the candidate's ability to effectively contribute to software development processes and ensure product quality.

• Proficiency in various QA methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and familiarity with industry-standard QA tools and processes is essential for executing effective testing strategies.

• The ability to analyze complex requirements, identify potential issues, and devise effective solutions is crucial for ensuring the reliability and performance of software products.

• Effective communication with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, is essential for successful collaboration and alignment throughout the development lifecycle.

• Hands-on experience with test automation tools allows for efficient and scalable testing processes, improving overall productivity and test coverage.

• Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment practices, as well as version control systems, enables seamless integration of testing into the development workflow.
