The Role:

As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic, and dedicated Community Manager to join our Marketing team, focusing on Italy, based in Paris.

You will play a pivotal role in our Community division, fostering relationships and engagement with our current and prospective content creators. You will be joining a team of 4 community managers and will be directly reporting to the Head of Community.

Key Missions and Responsibilities:

  • Manage local social media channels in alignment with editorial guidelines and content strategy (mainly TikTok and Instagram).
  • Cultivate relationships and engage with our community daily through the SKEEPERS app and across social media platforms.
  • Develop campaigns within our platform to boost SKEEPERS' awareness among content creators, drive participation in brand campaigns, and foster loyalty within our community.
  • Contribute to the acquisition of new influencers through content, events and manual outreach.
  • Generate educational content to enrich our community's user experience, through emails and social media platforms.
  • Coordinate local events (online or offline) to foster community development and education.
  • Conceptualise and execute engagement campaigns (contests, giveaways, challenges, etc.).
  • Track and report all launched initiatives while effectively monitoring respective KPIs.
  • Perform manual validation of influencers on a case-by-case basis and ensure a having a high quality community of influencers.
  • Stay abreast of platform enhancements, alterations to existing offerings, and emerging trends in the social media landscape.


You will be the ideal fit, if you:

  • Have a deep passion for influencer marketing and social media networks.
  • Excel in both written and verbal communication.
  • Have a strong grasp of social media dynamics and content creation.
  • Have experience with community management tools such as Monday, Later,, Canva, Photoshop, etc., is essential.
  • Are data-driven and have a previous experience in efficiently measuring the performance of your initiatives.
  • Are a native Italian speaker with an advanced level of English proficiency.
