Singulier is inviting applications for a Marketing Manager to cover a 6-month maternity period, with a potential for extension. This hybrid role, positioned in our London office, offers a unique opportunity for those with a passion for Content Strategy, Email Strategy, and Event Management, and includes the management of an intern based in France.
What We’re Looking For
In this role, you will lead our marketing function and be pivotal in carrying out and shaping our marketing plan for 2024. Your responsibilities will span developing content strategies for social media and SEO, crafting compelling email marketing campaigns, organizing brand-aligned events, and overseeing an intern based in France.
Key Responsibilities
Content creation mastery: Demonstrate proficiency in creating compelling and effective content for web, press releases, and social media platforms.
Email marketing leadership: Create and manage email campaigns, analyze their performance, and refine strategies for optimal engagement.
Event coordination and management: Coordinate participation of partners in industry events, from registration to prospecting activities.
Remote intern supervision: Manage and mentor a remote marketing intern based in France, fostering their professional development.
LinkedIn strategy implementation: Develop and execute strategies for LinkedIn, maximizing our brand presence and engagement on the platform.
Canva proficiency: Utilize Canva for creating visually appealing marketing materials that resonate with our audience.
Analytics and reporting: Regularly analyze and report on the performance of marketing initiatives to guide future strategies.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
At least 4 years marketing experience, ideally in B2B
Excellent writing and proofreading skills.
Demonstrable experience in content strategy, email marketing, and event management.
Understanding of LinkedIn platform and strategies.
Experience managing remote team members, preferably in an international context.
Strong strategic thinking, planning, and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Creative mindset with meticulous attention to design. Proficiency in Canva is required.
Strong up management skills this role reports to the COO and will require engagement with top management on a regular basis.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop a plus.
Desirable:
Experience working in a start-up environment, or strong interest in learning more about a start-up environment.
