What You’ll Do
We are looking for a fractional Chief People Officer (CPO) to lead our People team in shaping an environment and delivering an employee experience that attracts and retains top talent and enables a high-performing organisation.

Specifically, you’ll lead on:
Defining and implementing HR strategy amp; policies globally, setting the company up to scale;
Overseeing all our People amp; Culture operations: Employer Branding, Talent Acquisition, People Experience, People Operations and Office Management;
Managing a team of 2-3 people, with high potential to grow
Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition amp; Employer Branding
Plan and implement a yearly hiring plan ensuring that the recruitment needs are aligned to the business roadmap (budget, managers, business objectives)
Oversee the recruitment policy globally
Monitoring of recruitment performance: monthly reporting of ongoing projects and recruitment activity as a whole, monitoring of KPIs
Work with the Branding team to define a clear Employer Value Proposition and build a strong Employer Branding inside and outside
Employee experience (Learning and development, Talent Management, Camp;B, Culture)
Define and implement a training strategy fully integrated in each career path.
Implement a best-in-class process for performance reviews and feedback cycles (objectives settings, mid-year appraisals, people reviews, 360 feedback)
Build a strong corporate culture in all geographies (France, UK and other), hand-in-hand with managers (values, corporate rituals, attitudes, charters)
Work with the finance teams to ensure an attractive compensation amp; benefits policy while respecting internal pay equity
People Ops
Supervise payroll topics in order to ensure the compliance of HR processes and data:
Supervise also all legal related topics: social organisations, the legal part related to the employment of people from different nationalities, etc.
Build and implement the right metrics to drive HR performance and optimise the use of people analytics to manage talent and make business and strategic recommendations
Ensure a good social climate (gender equality, remote-work, legal)
Team management amp; budget
Manage the HR team on a daily basis and ensure that each team member has a performance-based roadmap (e.g. clear objectives)
Build and monitor the HR Budget
Requirements
We’re looking for experienced people leaders with great EQ and a passion for People. Specifically, they will exhibit:
You have a passion for people. You are highly self-aware and personable, with an exceptionally high EQ, and can show successful delivery across recruitment, employee growth, culture and engagement.
At least 10 years experience working in a people team, including experience leading the team and building, hiring, managing and scaling a high-performing global People team in a fast growing company
Experience working with and reporting to C-Suite and Senior Leadership
Previous experience in proactively improving People processes for scaling organisations
You are a culture leader, bring a sense of humour to your work, and have high energy and drive.
Have an ability to influence stakeholders with compelling, data-driven insights and story-telling.
Have a strategic mindset and skills to stay at the top of tactical execution and translating business challenges and questions into People strategy
Data-driven mindset with a history of decision-making based on business metrics, to quickly define, track and analyze KPIs to take action
Must have experience working on people teams in France and strong knowledge of French labour law
Excellent oral amp; written communication in English
