Join us as a Field Account Manager - Nice

What you will be doing

As a Field Account Manager at Satispay, you will play a vital role in driving merchant adoption and success in our newly expanded market. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with merchants making merchant adoption a key driver for our business development. You will also act as a liaison between different departments, both locally and internationally. Using the company's best practice as well as your own initiative, you will contribute to the growth of our local business.


The activities will be handled mainly on the field, as well as by phone and email, and consist of establishing a thriving community to excel as the foremost ambassador for our brand by:

  • On-boarding merchants on a daily basis by implementing internal procedures and ensuring our merchants and their staff know how to accept transactions and promote the service;
  • Visiting every day numerous merchants, demonstrating presence, support, and coaching to guarantee excellent user experience and merchant success, and assist them to solve pre and post-activation problems;
  • Establishing and nurturing relationships with merchants while working closely with the Business Development and Marketing team as well as others to grow the business;
  • Identifying opportunities to promote Satispay’s services, emphasising the benefits for merchants and the potential to attract private users;
  • Conducting quality checks and ensuring the correct installation and use of the Satispay business payment app and marketing materials in store: window stickers and QR codes in particular;
  • Collecting and combining information from multiple sources and analyzing feedback received from merchants.

You have:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or any related topic (marketing, operations, strategy, etc);
  • Proven experience in account management/sales in a dynamic and fast-paced environment;
  • A strong interest in digital innovation, FinTech industries, and fast-growing companies;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities and attitude to work in a team;
  • Stamina and the right energy level to make several visits every day;
  • Knowledge of GSuite and basic spreadsheet skills.

You are:

  • Skilled at building relationships you are a great communicator, empathetic and understanding;
  • Result-oriented with a target-driven approach;
  • Dynamic, flexible, creative and highly motivated;
  • Fluent in French and professionally proficient in English (knowledge of Italian is a plus).

Technical knowledge of HubSpot, Digital or Payment solutions, POS or cashier systems is considered a strong plus.

Logistic amp; Salary

The role is based in Nice.
We offer a competitive salary, commensurate with experience.
