The Team
Our Supply Chain Management practice supports the world’s most recognizable brands to design and implement a future ready operating model for supply chains that balance between Cost, Speed and Service. We enable business growth through building supply chain resilience and agility from visibility to orchestration to settlement, shifting focus from cost to high value work that transforms customer experience.
Our goal is to drive innovation and guide our clients’ digital supply chain transformation journeys, leveraging innovative technology i.e., AI/ML, predictive and prescriptive analytics to enable decision automation and increased operational efficiency.
We are a global team and operating from various locations in Europe, North America, and India. We focus on consulting services around the topics of Customer Centricity, Procurement Experience, Supply Chain Planning, Smart Operations and Agile Logistics.
The Role
- You would lead Supply Chain Planning workstreams using Kinaxis / o9 / Blue Yonder / Anaplan / SAP IBP / Samp;OP in client-focused and dynamic international projects, with strong autonomy and guidance
- Act as functional and solution expert to proactively advise customers and deliver outstanding results in your areas of expertise
- Planning, conception, and implementation of complex SCM (Supply Chain Management) transformation projects over the entire project life cycle
- Contribute to RFI, proposal submissions and oral presentations
- Participate actively to the development of the practice, including service offerings development support, training, and knowledge management
Requirements
- Minimum 2 to 6 years of consulting experience in Supply Chain Planning function among the following areas: IBP / Samp;OP, Demand, Inventory, Supply Network, Production and Transportation Planning, Production Scheduling, Supply Chain Visibility, Supply Chain control Tower
- Ideally a solution expert in one of the leading supply chain planning tools (e.g., SAP IBP, Kinaxis, O9 or Blue Yonder) for the functional areas listed above
- Excellent presentation and project management skills
- Must have work experience in leading IT consulting companies
- Preferred Industry experience in Manufacturing, CGP, Logistics and/or Life Sciences
- Strong communication skills in English and other European language a plus
- Applications and CV's must be submitted in English Language
