About the role
You are a true brand ambassador and you achieve your personal and counter sales goals through exceptional makeup artistry and MAGICAL, fabulous service. You lead by example within your team by creating and leading a 5 stars customer experience through your appointments, masterclasses, Tilbury Theater and social media content
Requirements
BRAND AMBASSADOR
- Master the Charlotte Tilbury makeup style and language , the 10 Charlotte Tilbury looks and know the products inside out to be a point of reference for other artists .
- Demonstrate a positive mindset and cooperative approach in your work with managers and colleagues
- Talk about the brand through your personal social networks, by creating your own artistry profile, always using the right hashtags and Charlotte Tilbury guidelines.
- Lead and inspire your team to become brand advocates , in store and through social media, to increase brand awareness , social media presence and weekly revenues.
MAKE-UP ARTISTRY
- Be a source of inspiration for the team by demonstrating makeup expertise while leading by example
- Actively encourage your personal development as a makeup artist through knowledge of the latest brand trends and competition
- Supervise makeup skills of team in store and area.
- Demonstrate excellent knowledge of the Tilbury technique, eyebrow pencil and lip shaping. Master the 10 iconic looks and Charlotte’s signature style to deliver 5 star appointments service on counter.
- Work in collaboration with the PRO and Education Strategy to identify the needs and development opportunities of makeup artists , new starters and New Product Launches
- Ensure that strict hygiene standards are respected at the counter
- Support the Charlotte Backstage team during events, launches, press days, celebrity and VIP client meetings and mobility services (if applicable)
RETAIL EXCELLENCE
- Lead in store team together with the Business Manager and Assistant Business Manager
- Systematically achieve personal goals and Key Performances Indicators for your own business, at all times and beyond counter performance.
- Have business acumen and plan actions to help achieve top-notch sales results through services, ranking, unlimited event possibilities, social media opportunities, average transaction values, occupancy rates , Charlotte Tilbury key franchises and in-store events and masterclasses with profitable Return Of Investment.
- Work with local managers to support Visual Merchandise standards are respected on counter.
- Proactively look into opportunities for collaboration within the department to drive business success and build relationships with retailers when possible.
