About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Learner Success Manager to join our team. As a Learner Success Manager, you will be responsible for the success of our corporate learners by providing personalized support, guidance, and fostering a positive learning experience. The Learner Success Manager can expect to train and support 5 part-time advisors, who will each care for a portfolio of learners. The Manager may also directly care for a portfolio of learners.

Your primary focus will be to implement a learner success model including documenting and executing the processes related to student advising and outcomes tracking.

The Learner Success Manager reports to the Chief Academic Officer.

Key Responsibilities:

Learner Engagement:

  • Improve and execute a strategic engagement plan that involves a strong presence of support to cultivate strong relationships with learners throughout their programme
  • Develop and implement retention best practices and innovative learner engagement initiatives in partnership with the Chief Academic Officer.
  • Maintain high levels of learner satisfaction as measured by learner retention, learner satisfaction surveys, and learner completion rates
  • Ensure the quality of advice and recommendations provided by Lynx Advisors in their regular check-ins with learners
  • Provide a high level of learner experience, including program registration experience, advising sessions and career advice.
  • Lead, organize and present events to learners (launch event, mid-program event, post-course event) such as webinars and career planning sessions.

Academic Advisor Management amp; Coordination:

  • Manage the hiring and training of a team dedicated academic advisors to learners (internal and external).
  • Lead the advisor community through training sessions, program updates and changes to the the Lynx platform
  • Implement advisor assessments.

Progress Tracking:

  • Implement tools to build Lynx Educate's tracking systems to monitor and aggregate ongoing student progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Generate reports and insights on learner success metrics, outcomes, program effectiveness, and return on investment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years experience at an EdTech company working in learner success, student outcomes management or a similar role.
  • Ability to learn new skills and acquire knowledge quickly.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems and analytics.
  • Experience in student admissions or enrollment a plus.
  • You speak and write both English and French fluently (C1 level at a minimum)
