As Campaign Operations Support at The Insiders, assist the Campaign Operations Manager in managing our community and maintaining our brand image by been responsible for daily contact with the community through various channels such as Mail, SoMe and Moderations.
Campaign Managers Support tasks you will be responsible for:
- Assist with customer service inquiries and provide support to community members as needed.
- Writing informational pages and newsletters for specific campaigns.
- Setting up pre-sets for moderation.
- Steer the reviews from our community and help them out in case they need further info about the product.
- Helping with creative ideas for social media posts and stories.
- Monitoring blogs (campaign + non-campaign).
- Monitor amp; activate social media (facebook, IG) .
- Monitoring Campaign Activities.
Requirements
You are studying in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- You combine an organizational skillset with a creative view on the world.
- You write easily and have a good command of the French and English languages.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and trends.
- Experience in creating and publishing social media content.
- You are available between 30 or 40 hrs per week.
