As a Control/Reconciliation Banking Operations Manager, you will join the Operations team. You will work closely with Antoine our Senior Lead Banking Operations, and 11 other Qontoers.
You will ensure robust Level 1 Controls, safeguarding against risks, and driving continuous improvement in our back-office reconciliation processes.
As a Control/Reconciliation Banking Operations Manager at Qonto, you will:
• Develop expertise in the reconciliation process, tailoring it to various payment types;• Maintain and enhance internal control level 1 for banking operations, ensuring compliance and accuracy;• Analyze and recapitulate control data, executing around 30 controls bi-monthly with precision;• Proactively challenge and improve existing processes, fostering a culture of continuous enhancement;• Collaborate with BO teams, Ops engineers, and other stakeholders to streamline operations and enforce guidelines.

About You• Experience: You have a first experience related to control or reconciliation in a bank institution;• Mastery: You have extensive knowledge of banking operations, including transfers, direct debits, and card transactions;• Analytical skills: your analytical skillsare second to none, and you're driven by a natural curiosity to delve into data and processes;• Curious mindset: You are intellectually curious, open-minded, adaptable, a fast learner, and excited by a dynamic startup environment;• Tools: You thrive when using tools like G suite, CBS, Forest, and communicate effectively via Notion and Slack.
