Job Description

ARCHIMED, a venture capital and private equity firm, is seeking a Front Desk Administrator to join our friendly and dynamic team. As the first point of contact for our office, the ideal candidate is a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who enjoys providing excellent customer service to guests and clients. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the reception area, handling incoming calls and emails, and assisting with various administrative tasks as needed. Responsibilities
  • Greet and direct visitors
  • Ensure a qualitative reception of customers, employees and service providers and provide office guests with a hospitable experience
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting and distributing packages and letters
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide administrative support to the investment team, in particular to the Partners
  • Manage travel and expense reports for Associates
  • Maintain office supplies and inventory
  • Coordinate conference room schedules and set up for meetings
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping
  • Handle special projects and other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bilingual in English
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative support role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • International experience is a plus
