Since 2009, Lengow has been the indispensable e-commerce platform for multi-channel expansion in the European market: marketplaces, price comparison websites, affiliate marketing, display ad retargeting, social media, etc.
Position description:
At Lengow, the Onboarding Team was created to follow the new merchants in the use of our solution.
The project manager organizes and leads the project from start to finish and takes responsibility for each step. He identifies the customer’s technical and functional needs and leads it to production.
He/she is a strong coordinator that acts as a point of liaison between the different stakeholders (both internal and external), and closely with the Onboarding Specilist.
This constitutes the context in which we are looking for our next Project Manager
Within the international team, you will be in liaison with our customers to understand their expectations and participate in the solution’s implementation.
Your main tasks would be as follows :
- Defining the customers’ needs
- Defining project objectives, project scope, roles amp; responsibilities,
- Analyzing and anticipating the projects requirements,
- Tracking project and providing regular reports on project status to project team and key stakeholders,
- Promote internally the driven projects
- Managing the relationship and communication with the client and all stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered to their satisfaction.

Requirements
We are looking for someone with the following experiences and skills :
- Lengow operates in an international environment; we are therefore looking for a person that is fluent in french, english required and italian (optional)
- Proven experience in customer relations (at least 2 years), ideally related to the e-commerce environment or SaaS solutions,
- Proven analytical skills and ability to summarize efficiently,
- A good communicator with effective stakeholder management amp; conflict resolution skills,
- You have a strong understanding of Web environments,
- You have excellent teamwork skills,
- You know how to work with a project software
