We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Talent Recruiter to join our team. The primary purpose of this role is to recruit top candidates both for ARCHIMED and its Portfolio companies.
Full-time permanent role (CDI) based in Lyon, France. Starting date ASAP
Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborate with the hiring manager to understand the roles and the requirements and to design the job desc
- Collaborate with the investment team and the portfolio companies to understand the roles and the requirements and to design the job desc
- Screen, assess and select the best potential candidates
- Drive the recruitment process to ensure velocity
- Manage candidate data and maintain accurate records of interactions in the recruitment database
- Develop and execute strategies to build a strong talent network in the healthcare industry.
Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Talent recruiter or similar role, in the healthcare industry.
- Strong network and connections in the healthcare industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self driven, flexible and pragmatic
- Experience using recruitment databases and tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- English native speaker
