Seeking an internship in Marketing within the Event industry? You've landed in the perfect spot!
You will work alongside the Director of Event Marketing and the wider marketing team, providing a hands-on approach to support the attendance at tradeshows, conferences, virtual events, and community engagement opportunities. This is a great opportunity to learn more about the various event management roles within the events and tech industry and to develop your skill set.
Scope of responsibilities:
Support the team with various tasks and missions around our main departments:- Event attendance planning- Assist in the planning, coordinating, and executing field marketing events, including conferences, workshops, and social gatherings.- Draft event timelines, checklists, and budgets
Event content and communication- Create engaging and visually appealing content for promotional materials, presentations, and event collateral.- Contribute to the creation and implementation of communication plans to promote company events and initiatives.- Assist in the development of compelling content for various communication channels, including support for social media and event mentions in newsletters.
Administrative Support and Stakeholder Engagement- Provide administrative support for event logistics, including RSVP tracking, attendee communications, and post-event evaluations.- Assist in maintaining accurate records of communication materials and event documentation.- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather information and support the coordination of communication efforts.

• Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program (communications, marketing, event management, or related field).
• Native English speaker additional languages are a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Based in France, preferably in Paris, to work together with some members of the team in person - we are a remote-first company, the schedule is flexible
• Creative, detail-oriented and interest in the Tech industry
• Experience organizing and working on events is a plus
