The Team:
- An international team (with more than 30 nationalities) with complementary education and experience in the investment, medical, scientific, strategic and operational sectors
- Composed of alumni from: INSEAD, Berkeley, Georgetown, Bocconi, HEC Paris, Ponts et Chaussées, ESSEC, Imperial College, Dartmouth, etc.
- Professional backgrounds: Private Equity (3i, Siparex, USS Ltd, Barings, capiton), Consulting (A.T. Kearney, Bain, McKinsey), Mamp;A (Lazard, EY, KPMG, PwC), Industry (Biotronik, Cerba, Pharmacy, Veterinary)
Your Role:
Joining ARCHIMED Consulting team, you will play a leading role to structure our internal processes and to drive successful implementation of operational performance initiatives at a corporate level. Your main goal will be to accompany the company’s fast scale-up by driving internal change and leveraging digital tools.
You will act as a bridge between the investment team and our Data team to set-up and disseminate business analytics amp; processes.
You will also participate in the strategic thinking and implementation of relevant tools amp; processes for our portfolio companies.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Audit existing investment tools processes, issue recommendations and prioritize initiatives
- Engage our internal stakeholders in the definition of improved processes, tools amp; KPIs
- Codesign amp; continuously improve business dashboards together with our Data team
- Steer adoption of tools amp; best practices by our investment teams
- Play an instrumental role in the design amp; deployment of in-house digital projects
- Keep our fast-growing team up to speed on processes by designing digital training journeys and delivering in-person trainings

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in management consulting with exposure to transformation, change management, and digital projects management
- Master’s degree in Management, Business or related field
- Strong analytical amp; problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal amp; public speaking skills
- Solid experience in stakeholder management and workshop design amp; coordination
- Ability to see the larger picture and draw key insights quickly
- Ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment and to manage conflicting demands
- Positive and can-do attitude
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Fluent English
