Job Description

At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for an Agile project manager that will support the new way of working and product delivery by adopting agile ways of working across the organization. The Agile Project Consultant is responsible to spearhead the transformation by enabling individuals and teams embrace agility throughout the product development lifecycle.

What will you be bringing to the team?

  • Train, mentor and coach individuals and teams on Agile methods and practices (e.g Safe, Scrum, Kanban, Lean)
  • Facilitate team ceremonies in a scaled environment and lead their continuous improvement efforts through retrospectives and experimentation
  • Increase team’s transparency through the proper use of artifacts (e.g. Backlog, DoR(definition of ready), DoD(definition of done) and information radiators (e.g. team metrics) to convey important team insights to key stakeholders
  • Create an environment of psychological safety where teams feel empowered and motivated to deliver innovative outcomes by adopting self-management practices
  • Act as an organizational enabler in the adoption of agile practices within the organization

Requirements

What do you need to succeed in this position?

  • University discipline, minimum Bachelor degree
  • Minimum 10 - 12 years of experience in the Information Technology, and
  • Minimum 8 year of experience with Project Management methodology (e.g. PM2, PRINCE2, PMP, Agile, Scrum, SAFE,)
  • Agile certification e.g. Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Agilist (SA), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Certified Agile Coach (CAC).
  • In-depth knowledge of Agile principles, practices, and frameworks.
  • Strong consulting and facilitation skills, with the ability to guide organizations through Agile adoption.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to influence and motivate teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience leading and facilitating Agile ceremonies and workshops.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
  • Understanding of software development and IT concepts
