Your role
Joining ARCHIMED Consulting team, you will play a key role to support our investment team as well as our portfolio companies in increasing and sharing our market intelligence.
You will conduct sector-specific research for our investment team, leveraging our databases and external sources to deliver focused insights.
You will be at the forefront of our database management, to select the right resources, implement them and handle administrative aspects. Increasing user adoption via digital amp; in-person trainings will be a major objective, as ARCHIMED evolves towards a blended learning approach.
You will also contribute to the implementation of internal knowledge management best practices, processes, and tools across the company. You will be occasionally working together with our Data team.

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conduct sector-specific research for our investment team, leveraging our databases, internal resources and external sources to extract useful knowledge
- Manage our market amp; financial databases: contribute to vendor selection, handle negotiations, as well as order processing and invoice management
- Organize and lead database amp; research training sessions for the investment team, both in-person amp; on digital supports
- Contribute to knowledge management projects via best practices, processes amp; tools
- Assist investment teams in strategic news monitoring
- Update our intranet with knowledge management amp; database news
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in the research team of a consulting firm, database provider ormarket intelligence team of a healthcare company
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business Management, Knowledge Management or Documentation
- Well-structured and organized, with both an analytical and synthetical mindset
- Resourceful in finding industry and company information and translating them into insights
- Strong communication skills, professionalism in internal amp; external relationships
- Ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment and to manage conflicting demands
- Positive and can-do attitude
- Ability to work both independently and in close team dynamics
- Fluent English
