Position description:
In this context, Aurélien, our Administrative and Financial Director, is looking for a person for the position of backoffice officer.
As part of our Billing amp; Accounting team, consisting of 10 people, you are responsible for ensuring the commercial and administrative processing of client files, from contract signing to contract termination.
Your main tasks would be as follows :
- Ensure the compliance of the customer creation process: validate commercial contracts in coordination with our legal team, process and control customer forms, technical documents, and verify the solvency of our clients.
- Create new customer accounts within internal tools.
- Invoice customers.
- Handle requests and complaints in coordination with sales, technical, and accounting teams.
- Manage termination cases.
- Handle cases related to collective proceedings.

Requirements
We are looking for someone with the following experiences and skills :
You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position, specifically in the field of customer billing, ideally in the digital sector. You are known for your strong interpersonal skills, precision, and organizational abilities.
Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is essential for this role. Additionally, you have a very good command of office tools (word processing, spreadsheet) and excellent writing skills.
