About the job
We are looking for a Trust amp; Safety Lead to work closely with our legal and Machine Learning amp; Society team. You will work at the intersection of regulatory and technical questions to create a safe and secure environment for users, maintain platform integrity, prevent abuse, enforce policies, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
The Trust amp; Safety Lead will operationalize all the Trust / Safety / Content moderation / IP / Law enforcement / Legal subjects on the HF Hub platform (hf.co) as we scale. You will also build our understanding of what is happening at the intersection of Legal and ML as lawsuits involving AI companies start to pile up, and mitigate risks / protect our positioning of a neutral tooling platform for the whole AI community.
About you
We are looking for candidates who love building tools for and collaborating with the wider community and share our vision for accessible technology.
A good candidate for this role will have a multidisciplinary mindset and be comfortable working at the intersection of technical, regulatory, and ethical questions. Coming from a compliance experience with 5+ years in a regulated entity/environment, you have a solid track record of building trust with regulators and maintaining complex control environments.
