The Product Team consists of several experienced Product Managers as well as a UI/UX designer and a technical writer. Requirements
What you will love about working at Sidetrade
In our Ramp;D and Product teams, we work in small autonomous teams (Squads) which fit into strategically aligned Streams. To deliver on our latest strategic priorities, we are building several new cross-functional Squads and we are seeking a highly-motivated Product Manager with great analytical and communications skills to take a lead role in this adventure.
On a day-to-day basis, you will be joining one of these streams, where you will be asked to deliver enhancements and new features to achieve your stream’s business goals. You will also:
- Develop and implement product strategies consistent with our company vision.
- Deliver high-value features on time and quality.
- Suggest ways to track product usage and impact on end users.
- Be an ambassador of Sidetrade’s product vision, both internally and externally.
- Support the launch of our new features internally and externally.
- Attend regular meetings with customers amp; stakeholders to gather feedback and complex requirements.
- Help grow and mentor the wider product team.
- 5 years relevant work experience with knowledge in Finance, Accounting or Account Receivables
- Min 3 years of Product Management experience
- Ideally has a background within the SaaS space on the B2B market
- Customer-focused: you like to get to the bottom of customer needs; you can empathise with users and the sentence falling in love with the problem rings a bell to you.
- Thinks strategically and use your strong analytical skills for creative problem solving.
- Communicates efficiently to a wide range of audiences, from customers to developers.
- Is able to prioritise tasks when working on many topics at the same time.
- Is familiar with Agile frameworks.
- Has good knowledge of Security constraints
- Attend the Sidetrade new hire bootcamp, where you will learn about our company mission, vision and understand what makes Sidetraders unique.
- Get a good understanding of the market and competitive environment
- Be trained on our products and discover how it is used by shadowing some of our internal users
- Build your internal network across all departments (inc. 1-2-1 with CTO or another COMEX member)
