Your missionWe are looking for a Bus authorisations and compliance manager to join the BlaBlaCar Bus team to manage our international authorisations portfolio. As our network expands to new countries and we enrich our offer with new cities across Europe, you will be in charge of obtaining and maintaining up to date all the legal documents to enable our cross border operations. Without you, none of our buses can legally cross the border !
You will be reporting to Network Planning Lead Martin Minvielle and working with a team of 11 members.Your responsibilities- Collect all the necessary documentation from different internal stakeholders to build our international and domestic authorisation requests
- Finalise the applications for each individual international authorisation requests and send them to French and international authorities
- Work hand in hand with multiple departments in BlaBlaCar and shape our new bus line launch roadmap
- Establish a trust based relationship with all French and international public entities in charge of regulating the long distance bus market in Europe
- Proactively track our domestic and international authorisations requests’ progress to lift any blockers and ensure their delivery is smooth and on time
- Constantly maintain our authorisation library up to date and in line with our timetables.
- Proactively review our processes to minimise manual tasks and leverage BlaBlaCar tech expertise to automate the end to end authorisations request process
Your qualifications- Business or Law bachelor degree or equivalent
- 1 to 3 years of experience with proven experience in paralegal or project management
- You are passionate about transportation and how buses can rock our world
- Excellent communication skills, you must enjoy interacting with internal and external stakeholders
- Full working proficiency in French amp; English

- Nice to have: Any other European language is a plus
