Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Developer to join our Health Solutions team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, and growth drivers, building and maintaining client relationships, and expanding Withings' market presence in European countries outside France.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of Withings products and services to effectively communicate our value proposition to potential clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in European markets.
- Define new distribution channels, new ways to sell our devices
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, including healthcare providers, insurers, and corporate wellness programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Customer Success Managers, Project Managers, Marketing, Product, Legal, Finance, Sales Administration, and Regulatory teams.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Represent Withings at industry events and conferences.
- Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams on market trends and competitive analysis..
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related area, preferably in the healthcare or technology sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales quotas and business development targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English and at least one other European language.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend events.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a competitive environment.
